Alexcraft offers multiple shipping methods, including FedEx, DHL, and YunExpress Priority Express, as well as registered airmail shipments. However, not all methods are available for all countries. Please check the final shipping rate at checkout or email us at service@alexcraft.com for assistance.

We ship from Shenzhen, China, and delivery times vary by service and destination. All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

Shipping Service 1

Applicable to:
United Kingdom, United States, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Canada, Greece, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Switzerland, Spain (50/52 provinces), Czech Republic, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Slovakia, Lithuania, Australia, New Zealand, Israel.

Fees:

  • Orders <$120 USD:

    • $5 USD (Registered Airmail)

    • $20 USD (FedEx/DHL Express)

  • Orders $120–$200 USD:

    • Free (Registered Airmail)

    • $3 USD (FedEx/DHL Express)

  • Orders >$200 USD: Free FedEx/DHL Express.

Delivery Time:

  • FedEx/DHL/TNT Express: Arrives in about 1 week.

  • Registered Airmail: Usually takes 1–2 weeks, depending on location.

  • Orders <$120 USD: $20 USD (FedEx/DHL Express).

  • Orders ≥$120 USD: $5 USD (FedEx/DHL Express).

Delivery Time: 4–10 business days.

Bangladesh, Bulgaria, Georgia, Nepal, Peru, Bhutan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, British Indian Ocean Territory, Mongolia, Vietnam, Fiji, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Ghana, Senegal, Comoros, Armenia, North Macedonia, Faroe Islands, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Reunion, Belarus, Kosovo, Albania, Isle of Man, Mayotte, Montenegro, Uruguay, Ecuador, Colombia, Guyana, Venezuela, Paraguay, Chile, French Guiana, Bolivia, Falkland Islands, Suriname, Caribbean Netherlands, Argentina, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Anguilla, British Virgin Islands, El Salvador, Oman, Jordan.

  • Orders <$120 USD: $35 USD (FedEx/DHL Express).

  • Orders ≥$120 USD: $30 USD (FedEx/DHL Express).

Delivery Time: 4–10 business days.

Shipping Service 4 (YunExpress)

Applicable to: Selected countries (check at checkout).
Fees:

  • Orders <$100 USD: $5 USD (YunExpress).

  • Orders ≥$100 USD: Free (YunExpress).

Delivery Time: 7–15 business days.

Important Notes

  1. Shipping fees may fluctuate due to fuel costs or promotions. Final fees are displayed at checkout.

  2. Restricted Destinations: We do not ship to Iran, Nigeria, Afghanistan, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or conflict zones.

  3. Processing Time: 2–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).

  4. Multiple Shipments: If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately. Tracking details will be emailed.

  5. Address Changes: Not accepted after order confirmation. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or failed delivery.

  6. Customs & Taxes: Import duties/VAT are the buyer’s responsibility. Refused shipments due to taxes will not refund shipping fees.

Special Reminders

  • Pre-orders may have extended delivery times (customer service will notify you).

  • Peak seasons/holidays may delay shipments. Contact the courier directly for updates.

  • Delays due to COVID-2019, weather, or customs are beyond our control. No compensation is provided, but cancellations are eligible for a full refund.
