Return / Exchange / Warranty Policy

Return / Exchange without quality issues

For jewelry purchased at the Website, you may apply for a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt (based on the date of receipt on the logistics document).

Customer-related reasons include: change of mind, ordering mistakes, finding a better price elsewhere, or items not fitting as expected.

Please note:

  • Only one return/exchange request can be made per order.

  • Unless due to quality issues, all jewelry is eligible for return/exchange only once per transaction, and the replacement must be of the same style and same color.

  • Returns/exchanges must meet the conditions under “Return / Exchange Conditions” and must not fall under the “Return / Exchange Exclusions”.

Note: For non-quality-related returns, bank/PayPal handling fees will not be refunded.


Return / Exchange with quality issues

For jewelry with verified quality issues, you may apply for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Our after-sales service center must verify the issue and ensure the return meets the “Return / Exchange Conditions”.

Please note:

  1. Damage from misuse, third-party repair, personal alteration, or other human factors is not considered a quality issue.

  2. Items clearly marked with cosmetic defects or labeled as B-grade do not qualify for quality-related returns or exchanges.

  3. Slight color differences due to photography or lighting are not considered quality problems.


Return / Exchange Conditions

  1. Items must be returned within the stated period.

  2. Items must be in original condition — unused, unaltered, free from stains or cosmetic residue.

  3. Packaging must be intact, including original bags or boxes. Do not stick tape or labels directly on branded packaging.

  4. All accessories (tags, instructions, labels, etc.) must be included.

  5. If your order included a free gift, it must be returned in original condition. If not returned, we may charge you the full listed price of the gift.


Return / Exchange Exclusions

  1. Items not purchased through the official website: www.alexcraft.com

  2. Items purchased during events where returns/exchanges were explicitly not allowed.

  3. Used, damaged, or third-party repaired items.

  4. Orders missing the original invoice or order number.

  5. Requests made after the 30-day return period.

  6. Items marked with defects at the time of purchase and returned citing quality issues.

  7. Any other condition that falls outside this policy or applicable law.


Return / Exchange Process

Please contact us via email at service@alexcraft.com for return or exchange procedures.

When sending back the product, please include a note with the reason for return, your name, order number, item number, quantity, and any relevant product details (e.g., color, size).

If you have requested an exchange, the return will not be processed until the exchange is completed. Only one exchange is allowed per order.


Return Shipping Instructions

Returns may be sent via regular mail, registered mail, or express courier at your own cost. Please allow 10–20 days for your return to reach our return center. Returns must be completed within 50 days total from the date you send the product (if shipping by yourself).

We recommend insuring your package. We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit.


Refund Time & Deductions

Once we confirm the return meets all conditions, we will process your refund within 2 business days of receiving the item.

Please note:

  1. If your order qualified for bundle discounts or promotions, a portion of the discount may be deducted.

  2. If you enjoyed free shipping, and the return causes you to fall below the threshold, the $10 original shipping fee will be deducted.

  3. A 5% bank fee and $10 original shipping fee will be deducted for returns not due to quality issues.

  4. No deductions apply if the item was late, incorrect, damaged, or not as described.

Refunds may take 10–15 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment platform.

If your return does not meet the conditions, we will return the item to you at your cost.


Warranty Policy

All jewelry is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase on our website.

If a product cannot be repaired, we may offer a replacement of the same or similar design. Replacement items carry a new 6-month warranty from the date of replacement.


Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Items without valid proof of purchase

  • Lost or stolen jewelry

  • Products past the warranty period

  • Wear and tear

  • Non-quality-related issues

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or external forces

  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers

All warranty claims must be approved in advance.

Unauthorized warranty returns will be rejected and sent back without notice.
