Can I wear ALEXCRAFT jewelry every day?

Yes. ALEXCRAFT pieces are designed for the days when you do not want to think about your jewelry. Put them on in the morning, move through work, errands, dinner, and everything in between. They are made to feel like part of your rhythm, not another thing to manage.

Can I wear it in the shower, at the gym, or while traveling?

Yes. ALEXCRAFT jewelry is made for real days, including water, sweat, movement, and travel. You do not need to take it off every time your day changes. If normal wear ever affects the finish, that is what our five-year warranty is for.

Will it tarnish, fade, or turn my skin green?

Our pieces are made for everyday wear, not one good photo and then a drawer. Color and finish matter to us. If plating fades or the piece changes from normal wear, it is covered under our five-year warranty. Send us two photos and your order number. We will take care of it.

Is ALEXCRAFT jewelry safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. ALEXCRAFT jewelry is nickel-free and designed to be kind to sensitive skin for everyday wear. Our pieces are made from eco-friendly brass with a thick layer of gold plating, plus a 925 sterling silver line set with moissanite and natural gemstones. If you have a known metal allergy, check the material notes on the product page first, or email us before ordering and we will help you choose.

Are ALEXCRAFT earrings comfortable enough for all-day wear?

Yes. Our earrings are designed to feel light, balanced, and easy to forget once they are on. The goal is simple: pieces you can put on in the morning and keep with you through work, errands, dinner, and everything after.

Are the pieces small or statement-sized?

Most ALEXCRAFT pieces are intentionally refined rather than loud. Think clean lines, smaller proportions, and details that sit close to you instead of taking over the whole look.

Are your pieces good for stacking?

Yes. Many ALEXCRAFT pieces are designed to sit well together: small studs with huggies, clean chains with pendants, simple shapes with a little texture. If a piece is especially good for stacking, we will call it out on the product page.

Warranty & Repairs

What does the five-year warranty cover?

Every piece is covered for five years from the day it arrives. Plating that fades, clasps that stop doing their job, chains that break during normal wear, stones that wander off — covered. Email service@alexcraft.com with two photos and your order number. You do not need to build a case. We believe you.

What happens if something breaks?

Email service@alexcraft.com with two photos and your order number. If the issue happened during normal wear, we will help. Clasps, chains, stones, and plating are exactly the kind of things a warranty should make less stressful.

What if my piece arrives damaged or I received the wrong item?

That one is squarely on us. Email service@alexcraft.com with your order number and a photo, and a replacement ships within 2 business days of the yes. Keep the original. Flying it back across the Pacific helps no one.

It was a gift. Can I still use the warranty?

Yes. No order number needed. Tell us who bought it, or send a photo of the packaging, and we will find the order on our side. And no, we will not tell them their gift had a moment.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Loss, theft, and damage outside normal wear are not covered. If you are not sure which side your issue falls on, send us a photo anyway. We would rather look at the piece than make you guess from a policy paragraph.

Shipping & Tracking

How long does delivery take?

Your order leaves our Hong Kong studio within 1–2 business days, tracked from the moment it ships. For the US and most countries, count on 7–10 business days door to door — all in, about two weeks. Not overnight, we know. It is crossing an ocean, and we would rather give you the real number than a prettier one that turns out to be wrong.

I need it faster. Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. Express gets it to you in 3–4 business days for $25. Birthdays have deadlines; we get it.

Will I have to pay customs or duties?

No. The price at checkout is everything you will pay. If customs asks for anything along the way, that is ours to handle, not yours.

How much is shipping?

Free over $65, anywhere we ship. Under $65, shipping is a flat $9.9 — one number, every country, no surprise math at the last step.

My tracking has not moved. What should I do?

International packages sometimes go quiet for a day or two between scans. If nothing changes for more than 3 days, write to us and we will chase it down. And if a package is truly lost, or says "delivered" while your doorstep disagrees, we send a new one. On us. You ordered jewelry, not a mystery.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn. Changed your mind? That is allowed. Return shipping is on you unless something is wrong with the piece itself. Then it is on us, obviously.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email service@alexcraft.com with your order number and the piece you want to return or exchange. We will tell you the next step clearly. No maze, no hidden form.

Can I return earrings?

Yes, as long as they are unworn and within 30 days of delivery. We know earrings can feel like a special case, so we keep the rule simple: unworn pieces can come back.

Does ALEXCRAFT jewelry make a good gift?

Yes, especially if you want to give something she can actually keep wearing. Every order arrives in our signature gift box, ready to hand over. The better part is the piece itself: easy to wear, easy to keep close, and not tied to just one occasion.

Does it come gift-ready?

Every order arrives in our signature gift box. No extra charge, no upgrade to choose. One honest heads-up: the packing slip does include the price.

Can the recipient use the warranty?

Yes. If it was a gift, the recipient can still use the warranty. They can tell us who bought it, send a photo of the packaging, or share any order detail they have. We will look it up from our side.

Orders & Payment

Can I change or cancel my order?

If it has not left Hong Kong yet, yes. Email service@alexcraft.com as soon as you notice. We usually catch it in time.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, PayPal, and Apple Pay — all through Shopify's secure checkout. If you saw the icon at the bottom of this page, we take it.
