30-Day Returns & Exchanges
If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
No explanation is required.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- Include any complimentary gifts received with the order
Items showing signs of wear or alteration cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping
If you changed your mind
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Refunds cover the product price only.
- Original shipping fees and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
If we made a mistake
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
We'll cover everything, including return shipping if needed.
Simply email:
Include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We'll arrange a replacement within 2 business days whenever possible.
Exchanges
Need a different style, size, or finish?
We'll happily exchange it for any available item.
If there's a price difference:
- Pay the difference for a higher-priced item.
- Receive a refund for a lower-priced item.
How to Start a Return
Email service@alexcraft.com with:
- Your order number
- Whether you'd like a refund or exchange
We'll reply with the return instructions and return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days.
Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
Returning a Gift
If your item was a gift, you don't need the order number.
Simply tell us who purchased it or send us a photo of the packaging, and we'll locate the order for you.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn or altered
- Items repaired by a third party
- Products sold at a discount due to a disclosed defect and returned as "faulty"
Color Variation
Slight differences in color may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings and are not considered product defects.
Worldwide Policy
Our Return & Exchange Policy applies to every country we ship to.
Warranty
Returns and warranty are separate policies.
After the 30-day return period, every AlexCraft piece is still protected by our 5-Year Warranty against eligible manufacturing issues, including plating failure, clasp defects, and stone loss.
