1. Return / Exchange without Quality Issues

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

Reasons include: change of mind, ordering mistakes, better price elsewhere, or items not fitting.

Only one return/exchange per order.

Non-quality returns/exchanges allowed once per transaction, replacement must be same style & color.

Bank/PayPal fees are non-refundable.

2. Return / Exchange with Quality Issues

For verified quality issues, requests can be made within 30 days of purchase.

Exclusions:

Damage from misuse, third-party repair, personal alteration, or cosmetic defects.

Slight color differences due to lighting/photography.

3. Return / Exchange Conditions

Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.

Include all accessories, tags, and gifts (if any).
4. Exclusions

Items not purchased from www.alexcraft.com.

Used, damaged, or third-party repaired items.

Missing invoice/order number.

Requests after the 30-day period.
5. Process

Contact service@alexcraft.com with your order details and reason.

Include order number, item number, quantity, color/size (if applicable).

Only one exchange per order; return is processed after exchange confirmation.
6. Shipping & Refunds

Return shipping cost is on the customer; insured shipping recommended.

Refund processed within 2 business days after item inspection.

Refunds appear in your account in 10–15 business days.

Deductions may apply for:

Non-quality returns: 5% bank fee + original shipping fee ($10)

Bundle discounts or free shipping adjustments

7. Warranty

All jewelry carries a 1-year limited warranty from purchase.

Replacements carry a 6-month warranty from the replacement date.

Not covered: misuse, wear & tear, lost/stolen items, purchases from unauthorized resellers, or free gifts.
