It's basically a small hoop with two metal tones, but that combination solves a surprisingly annoying styling problem. I can finally mix my gold and silver jewelry without having to think too much about it.
These have become one of those pairs I don't have to think about. Gold chain? They work. Silver necklace? They work. Mixed-metal rings? Still work.
Sometimes two-tone jewelry can look like two pieces stuck together. These don't. The curves make the gold and white-gold tones feel like they're part of one continuous design.
I wanted something simple but couldn't get excited about another basic circular hoop. These have the same easy shape but with enough structure to make them feel different.
I think the mixed-metal design is what makes these worth having. Instead of buying separate gold and silver hoops, you get one pair that works with both.
